The bike is exactly what I was looking for! There are so many bikes that are similar to the one I purchased (Penalosa) but the fact that I got to customize it was the deciding factor! But after the purchase FattEbikes worked with me on delivery as I am living full time in an RV and receiving mail and packages are always a challenge. The bike folds and fits perfectly in the back of my Jeep Wrangler. After delivery I had some very minor issues and Ben in support was amazing in resolving any issues I had. We love out FattE-Bikes. We have over 700 miles on them. Mountains, trails between Broomfield and Boulder, along the Highway 6 between Golden and Idaho Springs, Fall River Road in RMNP. We range in age between 27-68 and we all have a great experience. We had them tuned up and the service is great and a very fair price!!

Absolutely five star review! Fatte and crew have made buying a custom built bike worth every second. The bikes are durable and I have gone places I’ve never thought possible. I’ve explored more of the city and mountains and keep finding cool trails. The customer service is great and the follow up care is appreciated. I love my Fatte bike!
